We are looking for a Direct Procurement Buyer to join our Direct Procurement ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) team. This role will play a key part in defining and executing sourcing strategies for direct procurement categories, working in close collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.

The role will involve the creation and execution of a Procurement Plan to maximize savings, leading end-to-end tenders (from drafting specifications to award and contract signature), influencing stakeholders to define and standardize requirements, while ensuring compliance with Procurement processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategic relationships with ODM partners and key suppliers
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI)



projects from concept through industrialization up to Mass Production, ensuring cost targets are met
- Contribute to the Group Procurement Plan, maximizing savings across multiple countries
- Lead tenders (RFPs / RFQs) for strategic products developed and manufactured for Verisure's global markets, including:
- Requirements gathering
- Preparation, analysis, and assessment
- Recommendations, awarding, contracting
- Negotiation with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, PMO, Quality, and Operations
- Draft contracts and negotiate agreements with suppliers in coordination with Legal and business teams
- Ensure compliance with Direct Procurement processes and policies
- Proactively identify project risks and issues, implement solutions, and elevate when required
- Measure and manage supplier performance through KPIs and supplier audi
