This role drives the transformation of the function into a customer‑centric, value‑adding capability, ensuring robust governance, process excellence, and alignment with business objectives while enhancing customer experience and commercial outcomes.




Main responsibilities will includeDrive the evolution of the contracts and tender function into a value‑adding, customer‑centric capability within QtC. Support the implementation of any new system capabilities from a QtC perspective, including definition of business requirements, coordination of UAT, validation of end‑to‑end process impacts, and sign‑off of readiness for deployment. Equip teams with the tools, capabilities, and mindset required to deliver strategic outcomes and drive adoption of quoting, contracting, and tendering solutions within the QtC framework. Anticipate market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive trends to proactively support pricing, quoting, and tender strategies ahead of commercial opportunities. Strengthen processes, governance, and controls to ensure scalability, compliance, and alignment with business priorities. Promote a continuous improvement mindset, leveraging automation and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
