Si es así, siga leyendo para obtener más detalles y no olvide enviar su solicitud hoy mismo.Responsibilities- Manage calendars and email inboxes, prioritizing tasks and gathering information to support decision-making for the Manager and the team when required;- provide administrative support to the Manager and team.- Anticipate and identify needs whenever possible;- organize meetings and planning activities;- coordinate with other assistants, stakeholders, and functions.- Manage meeting minutes (MoM), including follow-up communications and action tracking, and maintain distribution lists up to date.- Manage logistics for events, weblives, and other team activities.- Take ownership of internal and external communications within the team.- Contribute to positive working relationships and act as a facilitator within the team and with stakeholders.- Handle office administrative tasks (telephone support,
