The Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Project Manager to lead our growing Barcelona operation.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of complex yacht service and refit projects while leading and mentoring a team of three Project Managers. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to Oyster's exceptional quality standards, while driving operational performance,



profitability and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of three Project Managers, providing guidance, support and regular performance reviews.
- Oversee the successful delivery of multiple yacht service and refit projects from initial planning through to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation and risk mitigation across all active projects.
- Monitor project budgets, profitability and commercial performance, ensuring minimum margin targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional levels of communication
