This includes core HRIS/HCM systems, payroll, talent management, workforce management, and employee experience solutions. The role focuses on enabling efficient HR operations, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and enhancing employee lifecycle management through scalable and user-centric digital solutions.*### ## MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:* Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and detailed plans (timeline, budget, risks).* Manage resources (team, budget, equipment) and ensure efficient allocation.* Lead and motivate the project team, assign tasks and ensuring accountability.* Coordinate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication across IT and business.* Monitor project performance, costs, risks,
