Based in Barcelona, the Paid Acquisition team (Marketing & Sales) analyzes, optimizes, and scales SEA performance for the Spanish market with a data-driven approach. The role focuses on analyzing acquisition performance, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing SEA campaigns to generate qualified leads for Operations teams. This is a strategic and analytical role managing a main acquisition channel for foreign markets, covering digital marketing, project management, SEA, data analysis, and data management.

Your missions

Drive performance through data analysis:
- Analyze and monitor Spanish accounts with a data-driven (ROI-based) approach.
- Test new campaigns, features, and bidding strategies to increase conversion rate and continue growth.
- Identify insights, prioritize,



and launch new tests to boost growth in these markets.

User experiences: own the whole SEA funnel for your accounts:
- Ensure accurate content creation, integration, and tracking of landing pages.
- Promote a test-and-learn dynamic to better understand users and their behavior.
- Benchmark competitors and other sectors to adopt best practices.

Data Analysis & Performance:
- Analyze daily and weekly performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
- Build deep-dive analyses on campaign performance and experiments to support business decisions.

About you
- Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Business or engineering school background.
- Experience in Digital Marketing or Consulting; prior SEO/PPC experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills; mastery of Excel; SQL is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership.
