And your role in this?

As the Junior AI & ML Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle. Working closely alongside senior engineers within the digital and data team, you will apply engineering rigor to help build, test,



and scale reliable systems that solve real-world R&D; challenges. Your main mission is to support the team in turning complex AI concepts into viable, scalable, and operationally sound products.

You will actively participate in the design, development, and automation of workflows, learning modern best practices while ensuring everything runs smoothly and predictably.

More specifically, you will:
- Contribute high-quality code for data, modeling, and deployment pipelines under the guidance of senior technical team members.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of MLOps workflows, focusing on automated CI/CD, containerization, and model monitoring.
- Participate in the technical design and optimization of scalable AI solutions, aligning your work with modern software engineering best practices.
