Join our HR team in Spain as Senior Labor Relations Consultant to cover a temporary position.

What You Will Do
- Provide guidance and support on all HR operational topics related to the full employee life cycle; from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between,



acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff on employee relations
- Provide legal advice on employment agreements, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary matters, and represent the company in court proceedings when necessary
- Monitor updates to local labor laws and SIX regulations, ensure timely adjustments to local HR policies, and verify their compliance with the latest standards
- Act as one of the points of contact for union representatives and manage collective bargaining processes and negotiate agreements, CBA, resolve disputes, and ensure adherence to Union agreements
- Build and maintain effective relationships with Unions to promote mutual understanding and alignment with organizational goals
- Handle inspections and requirements from labor authorities, Social Security, Tax Agency, and other authorities
- Lead HR initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs, employee engage
