Product Adoption Specialist

Position Overview

In the Customer Success organization, creating impactful experiences for our customers is our most important goal. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers during product activation — guiding them through login, user assignment, and project setup
- Drive a high volume of quality engagements via phone, email, and other digital channels to maximize customer impact
- Develop and execute onboarding and adoption strategies that increase customer value and product usage
- Support customers through early product milestones, identifying and resolving friction points before they become risk
- Analyze activation and usage data to identify trends, surface insights, and improve customer outcomes




- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Channel Partners, and Support to drive customer success milestones
- Document all customer activity and opportunities accurately in Salesforce

Minimum Qualifications
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Experience in a customer‑facing role — Customer Success, Account Management, technical support, or similar
- Familiarity with Autodesk Fusion or comparable D&M; tools (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX)
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a range of audiences
- Comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
- Additional fluency in French or Italian
- Background in MFG, D&M;, PLM, or a related technical field
- Experience with SaaS, cloud‑based software, or subscription business models
