Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence and a knack for collaboration? We're looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, and analytically minded individual to join our team as a Business Performance Senior Manager .
What You ́ll Do:
Play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team
Be the POC with the company leadership (C-Level, Founders & SVPs)
Plan, design, and implement strategic initiatives to get to our Business Plan
Define the reporting frameworks of our commercial teams to monitor performance and guide strategic decision-making
Analyze commercial results and identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for growth
Partner closely with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans
Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved
Provide data-driven insights to senior stakehol
