Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping employees to maintain efficiency and service quality.
Quality Control: Conduct inspections, monitor performance, and implement improvements to maintain exceptional standards.
Inventory & Supplies: Manage housekeeping inventory, equipment, and supplies,

Guest Service & Coordination: Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational policies in all housekeeping activities.
Proven experience in housekeeping management within luxury hotels or resorts.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical handling.
Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service.
