The SAP SD Consultant plays a key role in enhancing and supporting TD SYNNEX's global SAP landscape . This role combines deep SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) expertise with strong business partnership skills to optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, deliver system enhancements, and support strategic transformation initiatives.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global colleagues across the full solution lifecycle-from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation , deployment , and support -while also identifying opportunities to leverage AI-driven capabilities within the SAP ecosystem.




SAP Solution Delivery & Support
Lead the implementation of SAP SD functionalities across all project phases, including analysis , design , configuration , testing , deployment , and hypercare support .
Provide support for existing SAP template functionality and ensure system stability.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand commercial and operational requirements .
Balance standard SAP capabilities with innovative solutions that drive efficiency and business value.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.

Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams , including Finance , Supply Chain , Procurement , and Technology teams.
Contribute to global project initiatives and best-practice sharing across regions.

Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation within SAP Sales & Distribution processes.
