The Position
Roche Finance has set exciting Finance Ambitions and an aspiration for the Future of Finance. With the White Paper, the implementation of the RAMP program, and the creation of the eCOE, a new finance ecosystem is emerging. The Opportunity
Strategic Business Partnering: Partner with RDT-2/RDT-3 business functions, influencing and navigating to achieve strategic, operational, and financial ambitions, while translating numbers into actionable outcomes and business aspects into financials through strong storytelling
Compliance & Process Awareness: Maintain profound system awareness and a deep understanding of end-to-end (E2E) finance processes to identify the links/challenges of business decisions and ensure financial compliance
Business Case Co-Creation: Apply rigor and business acumen to co-create business cases, understanding underlying operational, strategic, and financial implications to enable transparency, support decision-making across the broader organization, and provide financial leadership for cross-functional/multi-site projects
