As a Solution Architect for Retail Industry Transformation, you will lead the solutioning of Retail and Fulfillment ecosystem, advising clients on digital transformation using agentic approaches. Design core Fulfillment back-office transformation solutions for settlements, clearances, record management, compliance, accounting, internet retail, mobile retail, and store transformation, ensuring functionality, performance, availability, and scalability.
Lead Solution Delivery: Lead the delivery of large-scale,



mission-critical product implementations into large retail institutions, involving complex system integrations, vendor product implementation, and data migrations.
Develop application architecture plans, solutions, and designs that meet operational, security, and non-functional requirements, running on multiple platforms and software packages.
Advise clients on Core Retail & Fulfillment systems,
Drive Intellectual Capital: Participate in the creation, harvesting, protection, and reuse of IBM's intellectual capital in solution design, applying expertise in Domain Driven Design and industry reference models.
Retail and Fulfillment Expertise: Experience with designing and implementing Retail and Fulfillment solutions, including back-end systems, and interfaces to general ledger systems and reporting tools.
