In this position, your primary goal is to ensure the smooth handling of daily business operations and provide comprehensive support to the entire local team. Professional office management, including handling reception, client support, appointment coordination, correspondence, database maintenance, and general administrative duties
Assisting with business appointments, viewings, and local events




Exposé controlling, including the preparation, creation, updating, and management of property brochures and related documentation
Commercial training or vocational background preferred, along with practical work experience in a comparable administrative position
Very good language skills in German and English, combined with good Spanish skills
Confident handling and proficient skills in standard MS Office applications
