Responsibilities




Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with account, service, and product-related inquiries
Provide fast and accurate solutions while maintaining excellent service quality
Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Document all customer interactions correctly in internal systems
Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and compliance policies
Collaborate with different departments to resolve complex issues
Meet productivity and performance targets in daily operations
Communicate with customers in German and Spanish while using English internally when needed
Requirements
German language level C2 or higher is mandatory
Spanish communication skills are required
Good English communication skills are necessary
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, call center, banking support, or similar customer-facing roles
