EMEA Finance Operations Accountant
Join our Finance Operations team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our legal entities across the EMEA region.
In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across Finance, Tax, and Controlling, support statutory and IFRS reporting, lead audit and compliance activities, and contribute to exciting finance transformation initiatives. As an EMEA Finance Operations Accountant, you will:
Prepare statutory financial statements and manage IFRS-to-local GAAP conversions
Ensure compliance with local regulatory and governmental reporting requirements
Support corporate and indirect tax compliance activities, including transfer pricing documentation
Act as a key contact for external auditors and support tax audits in collaboration with Group Tax and external advisors
Maintain a strong internal control environment and act as Internal Control Owner for assigned legal entities
Drive process improvements and support finance transformation projects across the region
Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the business to enhance efficiency and compliance
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys taking ownership and working in a collaborative international environment.
A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent), or are working towards one
Strong experience in UK accounting, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements
