The role is responsible for leading the continuous evolution of the enterprise search platform through capability enhancements, the development of self-service features, and reusable building blocks that empower teams to onboard and innovate independently. A strong understanding of modern Content Search architectures, its related infrastructure, , including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and applied AI, is required to extend search capabilities toward agentic,
AI-driven enterprise experiences.
