In this key administrative role, you will act as a vital support anchor for our Vice-Presidency and Executive Management. Specifically, you will manage foundation budgets, compile annual reports, coordinate social action initiatives, oversee cultural event logistics, and maintain board meeting documentation. By doing so, you will ensure operational excellence across all our charitable and cultural initiatives.

Your primary goal involves driving administrative and operational success across our foundation’s social projects. To achieve this, you will execute financial tracking and coordinate charitable initiatives. At the same time, you will keep foundation documentation accurate and compliant. Therefore, you will draft annual budgets, manage event logistics, track payments, and organize executive board meetings. Additionally, you will enforce strict data privacy standards across all donor and volunteer communications. As a result, you will eliminate administrative delays and support our foundation’s reputation for community service.
