Responsibilities
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services
- Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information
- Consolidate and build the customer base
- Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail
- Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies
- Handle customer needs and inquiries
- Ensure consistent customer follow-up
Requirements
- Language Skills: C2 level of Norwegian language with advanced English skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus due to the multilingual nature of the Nordic market
- 20 months sales experience is preferred
- Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight
- CRM Experience: strong CRM experience, capable of effectively utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales
- Communication Skills: strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Goal-Driven: comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team
- Presentation Skills: good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive Attitude: goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident and proactive
- Team Collaboration: able to work independently within a team
