Software Engineer (all genders)

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and further enhance maritime sensor-, navigation-, and automation‑systems in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate team activities, including effort estimates, risk management, testing, and integration concepts
- Continuously develop our capabilities, such as domain understanding, automation, and AI‑assisted development
- Actively help shape the build‑up of the site, including engineering culture,



methods/processes, efficiency, and innovation

Your Profile
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in software development, supported by a degree in computer science/engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Interest in advancing AI‑assisted development in the context of maritime navigation—and taking responsibility for it
- Confident in applying modern software engineering practices
- Very strong abstraction skills, high willingness to learn, and a pronounced quality mindset; very good written and spoken English
- Nice to have: experience with complex software systems as well as C++, Python, Qt/QML or ROS2
