Job Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the Spanish Speaking Content Moderator for Social Media position in Bulgaria, based on site in Sofia. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the safety, integrity, and quality of digital content across leading social media platforms used by millions of Spanish‑speaking users worldwide. Key Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate, and moderate user‑generated content on social media platforms in Spanish, ensuring full compliance with established community guidelines and platform policies.
- Identify, elevate, and act on content that violates platform standards, including hate speech, graphic material, misinformation, harassment, and spam.
- Maintain a consistently high level of accuracy and productivity when processing large volumes of social media content within defined quality benchmarks and time targets.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to users regarding content decisions, communicating professionally in fluent Spanish at all times.
