We are seeking a proactive, driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our innovative, high-performing team in Madrid.

Core Responsibilities





You will be instrumental in expanding our market footprint by building a strong pipeline and securing qualified sales meetings within the DACH / German market. Your primary focus will center on proactive outbound outreach through systematic, high-volume cold calling and multi-touch strategies.

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Place 60–70 cold calls daily to key decision-makers at target accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Source, research, and engage prospective SMB and mid-market accounts in the region.
- Identify prospect pain points and demonstrate how our search solutions solve them.
- Qualify potential leads and book discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
- Run structured, multi-channel outreach campaigns incorporating cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn interactions.
