Key Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with vehicle rental bookings, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and live chat channels within the travel industry environment
- Provide expert guidance on available vehicle categories, rental terms, insurance options, and pricing to ensure customers make confident, informed decisions
- Handle customer inquiries related to travel itineraries, pick-up and drop-off locations, and cross-border travel regulations with accuracy and professionalism
- Process reservations and payments using internal booking and CRM systems, ensuring all customer data is recorded correctly and securely
