What is nicer than a warm welcome with a cheerful smile and open arms? At the reception, you let our guests forget their daily routines and instantly switch into vacation mode. Here we need ROBINS who are especially good with people. As a receptionist, this should be easy for you, since our guests are usually delighted: Our club resorts at the ocean have direct access to the beach and in the mountains, the ski slopes and hiking trails are right at the front door.
Your realm: the reception and the entire club
Our ROBINS are a tight community. You support not only your colleagues at reception as well as you can,



you also give inter-departmental support. If you have a secret talent for dancing or singing, you can e.g. romp around on our theater stage or help your colleagues at the restaurant to welcome guests at the gala dinner with a delicious cocktail. As a receptionist, of course you also get support from other areas: When a large group of arrivals is expected, your colleagues come and help welcome the guests, take their luggage, offer a refreshment after the journey and thus detangle the check-in line at your reception.
For your new job as a receptionist (m/f/d), you should bring your passion and the following:
- Professional experience at the the front desk of a hotel
- Orientation towards quality and service
- Knowledge of a hotel reservation system, ideally Opera
