Programmatic/Publishers Business Developer in the SSP department at Tappx, part of the Techsoulogy family.

Tappx is a fast‑growth AdTech company that delivers digital advertising solutions across mobile, OTT/CTV, and desktop platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Build a sales pipeline and prospect publishers based on defined targets.
- Qualify leads according to compatibility with Tappx technology and performance.
- Use a consultative sales approach, understanding publisher business goals and finding ways to help them reach those goals with Tappx.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers.
- Sign publishers and coordinate their onboarding.
- Log all activities in the CRM (HubSpot).
Gain knowledge of the CPM ecosystem (mediations, SSPs, DSPs, networks) and technical aspects of Tappx integration.
- Stay in touch with clients to identify industry trends and relevant events.
- Develop an understanding of Tappx’s KPIs and performance drivers.
- Manage onboarded publishers during the first three months, maximizing revenue.




- Analyze daily data to detect potential optimizations according to Tappx KPIs.
- Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues by coordinating with other teams (Demand, IT).
- Provide a proper handover to the Account Manager with all historical information and an introduction.
- Represent Tappx within the publisher community and collect feedback on improvements or new features.
- Generate and test new argumentation techniques (email and calls) and share best performers with the team.
- Demonstrate curiosity, continually learn, and become an expert in the field.

Qualifications
- +5 years experience in sales.
- +2 years experience in the programmatic advertising industry.
- Experience working directly with publishers (webs or apps).
- Data analysis capability.
- Tech savvy.
- Knowledge of industry KPIs is a big plus.
- Consultative sales techniques.
- Understanding of the digital marketing environment is an advantage.
