The Role
Product Analyst At Air Apps, you will analyze both internal and external products to identify potential new functionalities, uncover bottlenecks, and provide data-driven insights to enhance user experience.



You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret product performance, optimize features, and support strategic decision-making through actionable recommendations. This is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person. We are open to supporting relocation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product usage data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate competitor products to benchmark functionalities and propose innovative solutions.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance product features based on data insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate new functionalities and improve user engagement.
- Provide actionable insights to support product roadmap decisions.
