We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support the OLX team. Your mission is to partner with Managers and work collaboratively across HR to set the people agenda aligned with the business goals of the functions and ensure the delivery of value-added solutions to enable those business functions to succeed.



You will drive strategic partnerships for senior leaders on people-related matters, fostering innovative initiatives and shaping impactful business strategies within the organization. You would act as a trusted advisor to people managers, leveraging your advanced business understanding and HR experience to proactively coach, counsel, and influence on people-related matters. You will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic HR team.

In a typical day as Senior HR Business Partner, you'll:
- Build and maintain partnerships with the leadership team to create a business and data-driven People Agenda; especially with 2 C-Level Leaders running the Tech & Product Functions
- Advise leaders on people growth strategies and initiatives to ensure retention and growth of high potential employees as well as developing rigor around proactively identifying and addressing lower-performing employees;
