Role Overview
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in implementing the decentralized Food & Beverage (F&B;) strategy and defining distinct product offerings for the hotel. You will lead the creation of innovative, competitive, and differentiating culinary concepts while overseeing daily kitchen management and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- F&B; Strategy & Innovation:



Support the Head Chef in executing the decentralized F&B; strategy, introducing new gastronomic concepts, and launching pilot projects across the property.
- Team Leadership & Management: Direct, mentor, and organize the kitchen team while ensuring smooth communication and daily operational efficiency.
- Economic Analysis & Control: Utilize kitchen management and financial analysis tools to monitor cost targets, maintain profitability, and achieve business objectives.
- Food Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous food handling, hygiene, and food safety standards across all culinary stations.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee kitchen execution across various hotel service types, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation standards.
