Your Mission: You will serve as a technical leader and mentor for Salesforce Field Service (SFS) solutions. You will collaborate with both Business and IT teams to ensure product solutions support business needs while following strong architectural principles, efficient resource usage, and clean integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with end users and super users across various countries to understand business requirements;
- Solution Design: Develop proposals based on standard or customized Salesforce functionality within a complex legacy environment;
- Team Collaboration: Manage outsourced resources for projects/enhancements and align with other Salesforce admins/devs to ensure global template consistency;
