We’re looking to expand our Sales Assistant team in HOFF Brussels with a new team member [temporary contract 6 months].
As a Sales Assistant at HOFF, you’ll be the face of the brand, making sure every customer enjoys a unique shopping experience while contributing to the store’s success.
- Customer Experience: Welcome, engage, and advise our customers, ensuring every visit is memorable.
- Sales Support: Drive sales by understanding customer needs, showcasing products, and supporting in achieving store targets.
- Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the store’s image, keeping displays aligned with HOFF’s guidelines and standards.
- Operations: Assist with daily store operations, from stock replenishment and fitting room support to cashier duties when needed.
- Team Spirit: Collaborate with your colleagues to create an inspiring and positive atmosphere in the store.
We’re looking for the kind of profile that:
- 1‒ 2 years of experience in fashion retail, ideally in high-volume fashion retail or premium/lifestyle brands.
- A natural flair for customer service and sales.
- High level of spoken French & English (other languages will be highly valued).
- Interest in fashion, sneakers, and lifestyle trends.
- A proactive, team-player attitude with strong communication skills.
