The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, ensuring we hire the right talent to support our business growth. While this will be your primary focus, as your role evolves, you will also contribute to employer branding, internal communications and shaping our company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to offer acceptance,



ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Strategic Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, talent pools and creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify top talent.
- Talent Partnering: Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, define role requirements and drive strategic hiring decisions.
- Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, helping new hires integrate seamlessly and become productive quickly.
- Data-Driven Hiring: Track, analyze and leverage hiring data to refine our recruitment strategy, optimize processes, and improve time-to-hire.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and scale our hiring operations, ensuring we stay agile as we grow.
- Stakeholder Management: Guide, coach and train hiring managers on interview techniques, best practices and market trends to improve hiring out
