We’re looking for a Manager with deep technical expertise in Generative AI and LLMs to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of next‑generation AI systems in production environments. This is an opportunity to work on highly challenging projects, shape the strategic direction of GenAI initiatives, and contribute to pioneering research in the field.

The Role:
- Lead an international team of engineers to develop cutting‑edge Generative AI and quantum‑inspired solutions for top‑tier clients.
- Drive the technical direction of complex projects, ensuring the quality, scalability, and innovation of all technical approaches.
- Oversee project management from inception to delivery — defining scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.




- Motivate and guide a diverse cross‑functional team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Ensure clear communication with stakeholders, senior management, and cross‑functional leaders on progress, milestones, and challenges.
- Contribute to technical strategy and thought leadership, helping shape client solutions and the broader AI technology roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including 2+ years in project or people management.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with deep learning techniques (e.g., computer vision, LLMs, or similar).
- Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI systems (including RAG and Agentic AI architectures).
