The Sales Support Operations Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of sales tasks and processes through meticulous administrative and clerical support. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manages communication with the Field Sales around spot pricing opportunities being brought on board.
- Adapts pricing requests for individual clients. Verifies quantities, pickup/delivery points, commodities and incoterms.
- Validates adherence to standards and that data provided is sufficient to price the opportunity. Offers guidance to the Sales Team, discuss possible discrepancies.
- Collaborates with US Air and Ocean Pricing Team on regular basis ensuring data quality.




- Administers shipment data entry into the pricing tool for quoting purposes.
- Addressed any possible problems when transmitting information.
- Acts as resource of sales communication for transactional Pricing Desk members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience
- High School Diploma Required
- English Language Required - B2, C1 Levels
