As a Senior CRM Manager/Head of for EMEA, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining a multi-channel CRM marketing strategy across 20 countries.
A key part of this role is leading and developing a team of CRM professionals, ensuring collaboration, clear prioritization, and high-quality execution. Team management and people development are central to the role's success.
