What youll do
- Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the contract renewal process, building trust and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Qualify renewal opportunities, assess client needs, and convert renewals into revenue by recommending upgrades, renewals, or additional solutions.
- Work with small and medium-sized businesses across diverse industries to understand their usage, propose tailored solutions, and support their success.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth renewals; manage internal communication, handle inquiries, and deliver timely outcomes.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions, renewal status, and pipeline activity in the company CRM system.
- Deliver clear and informative communication about products, services, and licensing options to help clients make informed decisions.
- Support client retention and satisfaction by proactively addressing issues, offering guidance, and ensuring high-quality service throughout renewal cycles.

What we're looking for
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1)



and competent English (B2), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 2 years experience in sales, account management, customer success or a similar role ideally working with clients in a service/tech-oriented environment.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets or sales KPIs; strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Good familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based products/platforms; ability to understand product offerings and explain them to clients.
- Proficiency with standard business tools (e.g. CRM, Office suite).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to collaborate cross-functionally across teams to deliver client-focused results.
