At Enertis Applus+, we are looking for a Talent and People Operations Specialist to join our People team in Madrid.

What will you do?

Your main responsibilities will include

Talent
- Support recruitment processes, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
- Assist with onboarding and integration activities for new employees.
- Support performance review and talent development processes.

People Operations
- Support employee lifecycle administration, including hires, transfers, and departures.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare people reports, dashboards, and HR analytics.

Process Improvement & HR Projects
- Maintain talent databases and people-related metrics, helping find opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and user guides.
- Support local and international HR projects and initiatives.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of HR data.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources is desirable.

Experience
- About 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or a generalist HR role.
- Relevant internships or placement experience will also be considered.

Skills & Knowledge
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Interest in HR analytics and people data.
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.
- Fluent English.
