The Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for accelerating measurable commercial growth across Amazfit’s priority EMEA markets.

This is a hands‑on role for an experienced growth marketer who can combine strategy with direct execution. The role will lead Performance Marketing, DTC Growth, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Consumer Insights and Marketing Analytics.

The Growth Marketing Lead will also manage Amazfit’s performance, CRM and affiliate agencies, while remaining close enough to the platforms and data to challenge recommendations, identify opportunities and step into execution when needed.

Key responsibilities

Commercial growth strategy
- Develop and execute the EMEA commercial growth strategy.
- Translate revenue objectives into clear acquisition, conversion, retention and customer‑value initiatives.
- Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across markets, products and channels.
- Balance short‑term revenue growth with profitability, sustainable acquisition and long‑term brand health.




- Develop focused growth plans for Amazfit’s priority EMEA markets.
- Adapt activity to local consumer behaviour, commercial priorities and channel maturity.
- Build successful market playbooks that can be tested and scaled across the region.

Performance marketing
- Lead paid search, paid social, display, retargeting and other performance channels.
- Review and optimise campaign structures, audiences, creative, bidding, tracking and investment.
- Build a continuous testing roadmap across audiences, messages, formats, offers and landing pages.
- Optimise against revenue, ROAS, customer acquisition cost, margin and customer lifetime value.

DTC growth
- Drive improvements in DTC traffic, conversion, average order value, retention and profitability.
- Identify friction across product discovery, product pages, checkout and post‑purchase journeys.
