At UBE Corporation Europe, we are looking for a Business Development Manager - CASE Markets to drive the growth of our business within the Coatings and Polyurethanes markets across Europe.
We are seeking a professional who combines strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset, capable of building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and leading strategic projects with international impact.

How will your day-to-day look?
You will play a key role in driving growth across strategic markets while working in a highly international environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and manage customer relationships within the Coatings and Polyurethane markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead commercial development activities across assigned territories.
- Provide both technical and commercial support to customers, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.




- Work closely with Technical Service, Product Management, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.
- Lead customer projects from the initial evaluation phase through to industrial implementation.
- Monitor market trends, applications and competitive developments within the CASE industry.
- Support sales forecasting, market analysis and CRM activities.
- Contribute to the expansion and positioning of UBE in key European growth markets.
- Maintain regular interaction with international customers and cross-functional integral teams.

What are we looking for?
Education
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related field.

Experience
- Proven experience within the Coatings and Polyurethane markets.
- Strong combination of technical expertise and commercial responsibility.
