Purpose of the role

As a member of the TP team, you will be working on outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Local Services Ads.

You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target‑driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base.

Your responsibilities
- Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day
- Support lead qualification and pipeline organization
- Understand business needs and assist in product alignment
- Guide clients through onboarding steps and verification
- Learn and apply onboarding procedures across regions




- Assist in documentation collection and submission
- Escalate issues and feedback appropriately
- Contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment

Requirements
- C2 level of Spanish and Italian plus C1 level of English (both written and spoken)
- At least 12 months of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer‑facing role
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business is a plus
- Interest in home services industries
