Partner Services Manager – Partner Account Management Italian team

Overview

Operational, strategic role at the intersection of process engineering, product expertise, and partner enablement. Owns outcomes and manages partner ecosystem with a focus on technical enablement and onboarding.

What you’ll do
- Manage portfolio of committed business partners including IT resellers, HR consultancies, accounting firms, and technology distributors.
- Own technical enablement and onboarding lifecycle for the partner ecosystem, ensuring partner autonomy, quality, and retention.
- Build and deliver structured training and certification frameworks for new Expert Partners.
- Develop advanced continuous training modules, masterclasses, and webinars to achieve technical autonomy for existing partners.
- Define and audit a structured, high‑quality implementation process for partner‑managed clients.
- Investigate, design, and build systems that allow partners to offer and deliver services to customers.
- Track delivery metrics, implementation data,



and velocity to guarantee a premium onboarding experience.
- Drive partner product adoption and achieve business outcomes for partner customers.
- Monitor active partner setups, spot configuration risks, and implement fixes to prevent churn.
- Build internal tools, templates, and playbooks to convert complex workflows into repeatable training modules.
- Act as strategic bridge to internal squads, translating partner feedback into insights that shape the product roadmap.
