At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, one of the city’s newest and most prestigious luxury hotels, we are looking for a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Culinary Trainee to join our Culinary team.

In this role, you will support the administrative and operational functions of the Culinary department, ensuring efficient coordination of workforce planning, cost control, communication, and reporting processes. You will work closely with the Executive Chef, culinary leadership team, Finance, and Human Resources,



contributing to the smooth operation of our kitchens and food & beverage outlets.

About the Role
