This role supports the Front Office Manager in managing the reception desk and ensuring smooth room bookings. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling reservations and inquiries, managing complaints, processing cash, and addressing ad hoc requests.

- Check guests in and out courteously, verifying payment methods and updating guest profiles.
- Greet guests and provide an outstanding level of service, informing them of hotel facilities and services.
