As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you act as the key contact for European compensation matters across 10 countries, supporting the Regional Senior Compensation Manager and local HR Business Partners to administer compensation initiatives, maintain compliance with pay transparency requirements and support talent attraction, retention and engagement.
About the Department & Team
The Compensation team is responsible for designing, managing and implementing compensation policies and programmes, ensuring Liberty’s legal entities remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. The team you’ll be a part of manages Compensation for the UK, MENA & Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Compensation contact for our locations across Europe (10 countries), providing guidance to HR Business Partners and People Leaders across the region
- Lead benchmarking and market pricing activity for European roles, ensuring packages remain externally competitive and internally equitable
- Provide compensation recommendations for recruitment and role changes,



applying sound judgement within established frameworks and escalating exceptions where appropriate

EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, tracking regulatory developments and translating requirements into actionable policies and processes
- Coordinate reporting and disclosure requirements in applicable EU jurisdictions
- Partner with Legal, Compliance and HR teams to ensure readiness for forthcoming obligations, including pay gap reporting, right to information requests and salary range disclosures

Annual Pay Review Process
- Play a key role in the annual pay review cycle for our UK, MENA and European populations, including managing promotions and short and long-term incentive schemes
- Support with communications, project planning and project execution, with guidance from the Senior Compensation Manager as required
