What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Data Ops Engineer – AI Enablement to work in advanced data environments and generative AI.

This role combines Data/Analytics Engineering (60%) with AI Enablement/GenAI (40%), preparing high-quality data and applying LLMs to build analytical solutions and intelligent automation.
- Develop ETL/ELT processes using Python and SQL
- Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring quality, consistency, and traceability
- Model data and build analytical datasets and AI pipelines
- Implement data cleaning, validation, and quality control
- Integrate LLM APIs and design GenAI solutions (RAG, prompting, embeddings, semantic search)
- Use GenAI tools to accelerate development and documentation




- Document processes, models, prompts, and technical decisions
- Collaborate with technical and business teams on data and AI solutions

Key Requirements
- Advanced Python and SQL
- Experience with ETL/ELT and data modeling
- Experience working with medium/large-scale data
- Knowledge of Git
- Experience with LLM APIs and GenAI projects
- Knowledge of prompting and output evaluation

Nice to have
- Data Lake / Warehouse / Lakehouse architectures
- Orchestration and cloud environments
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
- Knowledge of data security and governance
