Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of Integrity360’s MDR platforms, including the Online Portal that serves as the single point of interaction for customers.




- Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for the Online Portal, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable features and enhancements.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritising features based on business value, customer impact, and development effort.
- Compile specification documents to translate user requirements into clear developer/DevOps guidelines.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements and feedback to shape the product’s direction.
- Coordinate with development and DevOps to ensure releases are scheduled and communicated to stakeholders.
- Ensure new features are tested by relevant departments and sign‑off is achieved before production rollout.
