About the Position
We are looking for a Production and Raw Material Planner for our Chiva (Valencia) plant with a strong background in production planning (MPS) and raw material planning (MRP) within a manufacturing environment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the timely availability of materials aligned with the production plan,
safeguarding operational continuity and customer delivery commitments.
Reporting directly to the Site Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production planning cycle and raw material requirements, working closely with Production, Procurement, Quality, Warehousing, and Customer Service to ensure efficient material flow and manufacturing execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the weekly production plan (MPS), ensuring alignment with demand forecasts, confirmed orders, and manufacturing capacity.
- Execute and control raw material and packaging planning (MRP), guaranteeing material availability in line with production requirements.
- Analyze material requirements considering lead times, safety stocks, minimum order quantities, and supply constraints.
- Coordinate closely with Procurement to ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and resolve potential supply risks.
