Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of HR initiatives focused on employee experience, organizational culture, and engagement.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve, simplify, and digitize HR processes and ways of working.
- Participate in the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance efficiency while maintaining a people-first approach.




- Collaborate with HR teams and business partners to support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the adoption of digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to optimize HR services and employee support.
- Build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Embrace learning opportunities and contribute fresh perspectives, ideas, and solutions to HR challenges.
