Our client is launching this September an innovative subscription-based corporate wellbeing solution designed to improve employee health, energy and performance through functional nutrition. Backed by experienced entrepreneurs with a proven track record of building successful businesses, the company combines premium nutrition products with tailored wellbeing programmes for organisations across Spain and Portugal.
As one of the first commercial hires, you'll play a pivotal role in building the outbound sales function from the ground up. Working closely with the Regional Director, you'll generate new business opportunities, help shape commercial processes and contribute directly to the company's growth from its very first days in the market. If you're passionate about outbound sales and excited by the opportunity to build something from scratch, this could be the perfect next step.

when they plan to start the launch in Portugal.
Languages:
- Bilingual or equivalent level of Portuguese
- Professional level of English

Main Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting
- Conduct high volumes of cold calls to HR, People, Workplace, Health and Safety, and Employee Wellbeing decision-makers
- Build relationships with prospective customers through phone (mainly), LinkedIn, and email outreach
- Qualify opportunities and schedule product demonstrations for the Regional Director
- Keep CRM records accurate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to help refine the commercial strategy
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team throughout the customer journey when required
- Contribute ideas to improve sales messaging, outreach strategies and commercial processes
- Help establish scala
