How you’ll make an impact
- Lead and coordinate the primary (electromechanical) scope to ensure the integrity and correct functional operation of substation systems.




- Produce technical documentation supporting tender development as well as early conceptual design, detailed design, and equipment implementation.
- Prepare and review technical specifications and validate equipment.
- Ensure alignment of 3D models/designs, coordinating and resolving interfaces and interferences between civil and electromechanical disciplines.
- Provide technical recommendations during design, engineering, and execution phases to meet project requirements and applicable standards.
- Support the project team with claims related to changes in the primary scope, assessing cost, schedule impacts, and associated risks, while maintaining customer satisfaction through continuous dialogue and high‑quality service.
- Collaborate with engineering colleagues to share best practices and further develop leadership, coordination, and communication skills, always upholding our core values of safety, integrity, and quality.
